Mobile Prenure (MP) is the only rank which is not been upgrade automatically in MyMode. The Agent have to decide whether they wanted to be a MP or not by sending a SMS command: PINup
You need to have at least 6 direct agent under you and 30 mypoint in you mymode account in order to upgrade to MP.
This is why you must achive at least Chief Mobile (CM) rank. First, Target to be Chief Mobile. Then, target to be StarCM. After that go for 5StarCM.

Below is step by step recommended placement strategy.
Recruit 8 Direct Downline to be a Chief Mobile (CM).
As an agent with CM Level Rank, you manage to get 2 type of incentive. Sign-up Incentive and Overriding Incentive.
Keep on recruiting new agent but place it under your level 2 downline. This is because you need at least one CM in each leg to go to the next level. At the same time, educate your downline how to recruit new downlines on their own to make the networking grow faster.

There was once a boy who wanted to seek the secret of success. One day he approached a wise man living up in the mountain. When he found the wise man at the hut, he asked, “Wise man, can you tell me the secret to becoming successful in life?” The wise man was silent for a while.
